Fun fact: I’m from Mobile, AL! If you’re ever in town, definitely check out TAO Hot Pot & BBQ at the mall on Airport Blvd. It’s an AYCE hot pot and kbbq and they have soju as well.

Their portions are generous, the meat and vegetables are cut thicker than most places, and I’m really loving their parchment paper concept over the grill. You grill your meat with butter right on top, and surprisingly, it still gets a nice char. I’m diggin’ it!

They also have a sauce station with side items you can grab yourself, and the service was great. Definitely worth checking out!
