First Annual Art Show and Auction

On May 1 the New Harvest gathering space was transformed into an art gallery, bursting with the creations of our students in grades K through 7!

It was a lovely evening with the lilting notes of classical music buoying us along as students shared their creative journeys with their families.

Congratulations to our Art Teacher, Mrs. Raechel Fischer, for curating a gorgeous exhibit, as well as, providing examples of student "Art Notes' books, a slideshow of work done in art class, and a display of her immaculate and well-organized 'art cart'.

Congratulations to our students for a year of learning, growth, and achievement!

'Auction Hall' showcased student art, 2 original pieces by Mrs. Fischer, a novel (Children of the Province) authored by Jason Rogers (5th and 7th grade Wing teacher) and baskets of art supplies (generously donated by the members of New Harvest church). The auction raised $1645 dollars for Wing!!
