We hope all of our Patient's are staying safe and healthy through everything that is going on. Our office hours for the rest of May are as follows; Tuesday 2-6, Wednesday 9-Noon, and Thursday 2-6. These hours are for Dr. Chambers and Dr. Jack, who are both treating existing and New Patient's. Please call our office with any questions or concerns.

Just a reminder that both Dr. Chambers and Dr. Jack will be seeing patient's Tuesday and Thursday from 2-6, for the remainder of April.
