Equal Parts was born from 20+ years behind the bar, learning, failing, growing, and connecting with incredible people along the way. To now receive this grant and put down roots in Detroit — it feels surreal. This isn’t just my project, it’s a community effort, and I’m so thankful for everyone who’s believed in it.
