I'm very excited to share this fermentation jar that and I have made.

In the Mongol script,

"Under the eternal power of the Heavens/Tengri

Under the fundamental generosity of the Earth,

May you have happiness."

This is in the same family as the Chinese character on the other side of the pot, "Prosperity" and the character on top of the lid, "Longevity."
