Avoiding certain types of people can often contribute to a healthier and more positive life. Here are seven types you might consider:
1. Negative Ned: These individuals constantly dwell on the negative aspects of life and can drain your energy.
2. Drama Llama: Always embroiled in some sort of drama or conflict, they thrive on chaos and can bring unnecessary stress.
3. Manipulator: They use others for their own gain, often without regard for the consequences to others.
4. Chronic Complainer: Nothing ever seems right for them, and they tend to focus solely on what’s wrong without seeking solutions.
5. Energy Vampire: They leave you feeling exhausted or emotionally drained after interactions.
6. Gossip Monger: They thrive on spreading rumors and gossip, often at the expense of others' reputations.
7. Boundary Pusher: They consistently disrespect personal boundaries, whether emotional, physical, or otherwise.
Steering clear of these types can help cultivate a more positive and fulfilling social circle.

Autism Spectrum Disorder
… is a group of developmental disorders that can cause difficulties in social interactions, communication, and behavior. The condition begins in early development and continues throughout life. Autism affects individuals a little differently, which is why people are diagnosed on a spectrum.
The specific cause of Autism is not known yet, but it is popularly believed to be caused by both environmental and genetic factors.
However, there are a number of risk factors that may increase the possibility of birthing a child with Autism,
They include:
Having a family member with ASD
Premature birth and low birth weight
Parents older than 35 or 40
Other genetic conditions
“How do you recognize a child with Autism Spectum Disorder?”
There are a good number of existing symptoms, some common symptoms include:
Delayed language skills
Delayed movement skills
Delayed cognitive or learning skills
Hyperactive, impulsive, and/or inattentive behavior
Unusual mood or emotional reactions
Anxiety, stress, or excessive worry
Lack of fear or more fear than expected
In all, if you notice a couple of these symptoms in your child, see a doctor or therapist for professional help.
