♟️ Checkmate ♟️
The kids had an so much fun diving into the world of chess with Josh yesterday.

it’s amazing to see those young minds in action as the game of chess increase cognitive function. It’s literally a brain workout, while playing it increase speed and power of the brain processing and helps the youth develop critical thinking skills 🧠✨

Beyond the board, we had a special session with Coach Taylor, where the focus was teaching the youth about life “big” moves. They learned so much about the importance of empathy and respecting boundaries, both in the game and with each other. It’s more than just an after school program for fun; it’s about helping our youth grow into kind, thoughtful humans where there mental health is a prioritized.!
