1) The Leland City Club, which has long served as a third space and safe haven for a heavily underserved music community
2) Residents of the Leland, so that they will not have to abruptly rehouse themselves. (Nobody deserves to lose their home ever, but during a projected extremely cold winter & right before the holidays, this would be a particularly harsh time for relocation.)
