FRIENDS! Thank you all for supporting our 2018 Probility Ann Arbor Marathon fundraiser! We're lacing up our running shoes (did you think robots run barefoot?) and getting ready for race day, May 20th! Today, we're excited to share our fifth runner-- our Detroit program manager Brandan Pierce!

A Michigander through and through, Brandan absolutely loves the Detroit Red Wings. “The thing I have loved the longest in my life,” he says, “other than family, is hockey.” Born and raised in Clawson, Michigan, Brandan now lives in southwest Detroit, where he plays hockey, quotes The Simpsons, and hangs out with a pug named Harvey. His journey with 826michigan began over six years ago, when he served the organization as a volunteer tutor. This fall, Brandan is leaving 826michigan for graduate school in Ann Arbor.
