CKLDP Session 1 Recap: Working Together 🤝

Led by scholars Nandini Kaushik and Montserrat Palomino of HOK + ROSSETTI, CKLDP's first session, "Working Together," explored how collaboration improves decision-making, safety, and project outcomes. It included a Kolbe team dynamics exercise, a construction site walkthrough, and a BIM presentation focused on improving coordination between design and field teams.

MAF is excited to announce our 2026 Scholarship recipients!

A total of $59,500 has been awarded to 16 Michigan college and university architecture students. MAF’s 2026 Scholarship Winners demonstrated a passion for the profession, as well as a commitment to design, leadership, and community involvement.

2026 marks the 35th year of MAF awarding scholarships, beginning in 1992 when the first $1,000 scholarship was awarded to Leonard Eng. Since then, MAF has awarded 178 scholarships to 170 individuals for a total of $451,200 to date.
