The 4th Pct is requesting the community’s assistance in identifying the individual pictured below, who is wanted for questioning in connection with larceny incidents within our precinct near Michigan & Martin

We are tired of seeing our neighborhood impacted by theft, and it’s time this individual is held accountable for his actions.
