Congratulations to TNP Doctoral Candidate Manessa Riser for earning the 2nd Place poster award at the MPSI Lifespan Research Day! We are incredibly proud of her hard work and can’t wait to see all she accomplishes in the future.

Congratulations to Rachel and Heather on their presentation at the Warrior Scholars Conference! We are proud of their work! Their poster explored how the timing of interpersonal violence exposure during childhood vs. adolescence predicts differences in anxiety, PTSD symptoms, and pain sensitivity in adulthood, a reminder that not just what we experience, but when we experience it shapes our long-term health.

Introducing Tate Poplin! Tate is a second year Translational Neuroscience PhD student at Wayne State University, School of Medicine. Tate contributes to the Timing Project by processing eyeblink startle responses and is a great help! We can’t wait to hear more on his contribution to future projects.
