These donation-based classes are open to all levls, with no experience needed. Each session starts with gentle stretching and intentional movement, builds into postures connected to the breath, and winds down with rest and relaxation.

The Charles McGee Legacy Park is located on the grounds of The Shepherd.

The Legacy Park honors the life and contributions of late Detroit artist , whose artistic career chronicled the Black experience while sustaining a vision of optimism for the future of Detroit and its people. Prior to his passing in February 2021, McGee completed designs for three large-scale figurative sculptures. These works, derived from pieces created between 2008 and 2017, are intended to inspire daily play, reflection, and creative discovery.
