A little bit of an Update for y’all,
As many of you know I have been busy working on a very special project.

Happy to say we have made a lot of progress on The Native Dancer project and we are celebrating the work done (so far) on it, with an art show at the UND Memorial Union Gallery. Please come check it out if you are in the Grand Forks area! We even have a VR headset for you to view the Grass Dancer at it’s current stage.

There will be a reception and Artist talk March 20th at 4pm. 🫶

Just a few Raw images from my camera. I don't post many of these anymore, but hope to do more of that.

I have been meaning to post these photos for a little while now, but really couldn't decide how I wanted to share them. There are so many from this day I want to actually share on my page. So, stay tuned for more because I have decided to split this session up into two posts...

I have known Cortney for actually a very long time, and within the last few years have gotten to know her and her family just a little bit more through social media. We grew up close by each other, and despite not knowing her too well back then, I can tell we have a lot in common based on our interactions. I admire her a lot as a mom, and just as young person in general who has a great head on her shoulders.

It was so fun being able to meet her children and partner for this family session. There were no dull moments, as her family were very much in their element exploring and playing around their property for these photos. Capturing a family as authentically as we did during our session is what I strive to do for all the families I work with.

With that I hope you enjoy these images, and please keep me in mind for any family session or occasion in the future.

Family sessions are always so fun to shoot, and this group did not disappoint.
Danielle's Family live all over the world, which made this gathering so special to them all. We took them in Danielle and her Husband's backyard here in Grand Forks ND, which was just as beautiful as her family!
