I’ve been thinking a lot about what makes events actually impactful…

And honestly?

It’s not just the speakers.
It’s not the aesthetics.
It’s not even the content.

It’s the conversations.

The moments where people realize:
“Wait… you think like me too.”

That’s what I wanted to create with this event.

A space where women could connect beyond surface-level networking.
A room where conversations turn into collaborations, opportunities, confidence, and real momentum.

Looking back at these moments reminded me why I care so much about building intentional experiences and not just “hosting events.”

Because content gets people in the room…

but connection is what makes them stay.

And that’s the kind of spaces I want to keep creating 💛
