“Hi! I’m Hope I’m 19 years old and here’s a little about me! I started getting into fitness at about 10 years old back in St. Louis I started with CrossFit, then moved to Olympic Weightlifting, and now I am a competitive Bodybuilder. I’ve competed in one bodybuilding comp and plan to compete again. I’m currently on prep for the Riptide Classic. I am a 3x nationally qualified Olympic Weightlifter.

I’m also pursing my dream of owning an online fitness business (High Hopes Lifting).
My goal for my business is to help women grow their confidence by working on their mind, body, and spirit not just in the gym but in their everyday lives. Overall, building healthy lifestyles.

I’m all about making meal and workout plans very customized because I believe everyone has different needs that need to be met. I live in PCB, FL and I love spending time with family & friends on the boat and on beach days! I bartend on the side for fun and I also enjoy doing hot yoga in my free time.”
