Small Business Sales are Bouncing Back

Small business acquisitions are up 2nd quarter 2024 vs. Q2 2023 according to BizBuySell’s Insight Data that researches and tracks transactions of businesses for sale. In fact, transaction volume is now matching the pre-pandemic levels of 2019. The median revenue and median cash flow of sold businesses in Q2 2024 has also grown nicely. Insight Data also noted that sellers are more willing to offer some financing and earnouts to help with today’s high interest rates.
