Add A Salad

Making my breakfast this morning I had an epiphany. Why not include breakfast?! 😯

Sometimes I like to switch things up & have breakfast for dinner, so why shouldn’t you?!

Sooo, tomorrow’s menu will have Salmon croquettes, scalloped potatoes & a garlic butter spinach.
