🎭 AACT National Award Spotlight 🎭 Congratulations to David Metcalf of Cokato, MN, recipient of the Distinguished Merit Award!

Following a 34-year career teaching high school Theatre and Language Arts, David continues to uplift the power of storytelling as Artistic Director of the FungusAmongus Players. From rural stages to national festivals, his work has inspired excellence, earned top honors, and brought powerful productions to life while also supporting new playwrights through AACT’s NewPlayFest.

👏 David will be recognized during the National Awards presentation at AACTFest 2025 in Des Moines, Iowa, June 25–28.
