Big things are happening in Bondurant! Last week we celebrated the groundbreaking of Vermeer Corporation's new facility at Timmins Industrial Park—one of IEDA-certified sites in the community.

For 78 years, Vermeer has been a driving force in Iowa’s manufacturing industry. What began as a small-town manufacturer of agricultural and industrial equipment has grown into a global leader, while staying rooted right here at home.

City of Bondurant, Iowa Government continues to prove it’s ready for growth, and this investment is another strong signal that it’s open for business. We’re excited to see what’s ahead as Vermeer expands its presence and helps drive Iowa’s manufacturing economy forward.

Some places just feel like home, and for Gabriel Alves, that place is Fort Dodge.

Originally from Brazil, Gabriel came to Iowa as an international student and never looked back. Today, he’s sharing his love of music, performing across the community and embracing everything from cycling trails to campfire sunsets. 🚴🌄
