At Windsor at Celebration ,residents experience this through the Health and Wellness Navigation Program, designed to provide guidance, confidence, and support.
A key part of the program is Linda Vermette, Health and Wellness Navigator, who partners with residents to navigate options, plan proactively, and feel confident in their decisions.
It's one more way LCS communities support whole-person wellness while helping residents live with independence and peace of mind.
