Over 57% of the sold properties in July were sold for less than $240,000. We are seeing a fair amount of price reductions right now. Sellers are motivated. This is an excellent time for a first-time home buyer to buy a home with low interest rates and more homes for sale.” stated DMAAR President.

In summary, YES its a great time to sell with many home buyers looking to lock in low interest rates and a good time to buy if you are looking for a low interest rate.
