Speed Camber Squats

50% 10x2 red bands

Bar speed is the focus here(obviously). Our goal is to recruit more type 2 muscle fibers to the given area. Rest period wise, we are looking at a minute between sets OR when you feel 100% recovered from the previous set(we are in no rush, plus your energy systems will thank you).

Over speed Eccentrics

Trying to work on Reversal speed strength. The goal today was to make each rep look the same and maintain bar speed through each and every rep.

Really looking forward to seeing all the athletes I was able to be a small part of their journey to getting ready to play this year!
