Using the Engineering Design Process (EDP) your team must research, plan, engineer, and create the perfect trap for that pesky leprechaun. You may use any materials you would like from home or from a classroom Makerspace in the construction of your trap. Remember, a Sphero robot must be incorporated into part of your trap. Good luck!

Hello STEM friends! STEM Effect is in the beginning stages of starting a youth mobile esports league in Denver and the surrounding areas for ages 8 through 14.
What is a mobile esports league? A mobile esports league is a group of teams that will play scheduled mobile games (on iPad or Android devices) against each other, in person. The league will operate similar to how a traditional rec league or school league would for other sports. Each team will have its own schedule and jerseys just like a basketball or baseball team would.
The main goal of this league is to introduce kids, who maybe don't like the traditional youth sports, to a competitive and uplifting environment that is bigger than themselves. Also, to give children who love playing games on their electronic devices access to teamwork and comradery. And lastly, to give them a safe gaming environment to play in.
