After COVID, Crystal's son needed a therapist—but finding one wasn't easy.
She knew her family wasn't the only one facing long waits and limited options. So she organized with AMOS and other First Unitarian leaders to help change that.
Together, they secured $1.8 million to recruit, train, and retain mental health professionals in their community.
