Yes! I feel that!

My voice shakes sometimes when I speak. I forget to breathe and run out of air mid-sentence. I speak real fast to get it over with. My mind misplaces my thoughts and I lose track of where I’m going. 😬

Public speaking is how we share our stories and I’m in the story-sharing business so it is important to me to turn that weakness into a strength.

I had the opportunity to work with Erik Dominguez .up.stories to help me improve my confidence when it comes to speaking.

Erik challenged me to focus on my message and be mindful of the words I use. He helped me eliminate the limiting belief that I wasn’t prepared or qualified to speak. He made it way less scary and just a little bit of fun to put together a message.

I left my first coaching session more confident in my ability to share my stories and I am looking forward to joining the community to continue to improve.

Im not great yet but I’m getting better.
