June is Pride Month, a time to celebrate the history, resilience, and contributions of the LGBTQ+ community. Across the country, Pride Month honors the ongoing journey toward equality, dignity, and belonging for all individuals, while also recognizing the importance of creating inclusive spaces where everyone can live and work authentically.

At BH, inclusion is a core part of who we are. Pride Month provides an opportunity to celebrate the diversity that strengthens our organization while reflecting on how we continue to foster a workplace and support communities where everyone feels respected,
valued, and empowered to be their authentic selves. When people feel safe, seen, and supported, it strengthens collaboration, drives innovation, and deepens the connections that help our teams and communities thrive. As we recognize Pride Month, we reaffirm our commitment to creating an environment where everyone belongs and has the opportunity to succeed.

Throughout the month, we encourage team members to learn more about the history of Pride, support LGBTQ+ inclusion, and engage in meaningful conversations about belonging and allyship. Small actions such as listening, learning, and showing support can make a meaningful difference in fostering an environment where everyone feels welcomed.
