One of our agents just made a trip to a local Social Security Administration office to drop off a Medicare Part B application for someone who will be losing employer coverage at the end of April. If the client would have mailed the application (as planned), it would have arrived too late for the client to enroll in Medicare and start new coverage on May 1st.
