💡 What Inspired Her to Join the Global PFPC
Jill joined the Planetree Global PFPC in 2021, bringing more than two decades of experience as a Patient and Family Caregiver Engagement Specialist. Inspired by Planetree's mission and vision of person-centered care, she was excited by the opportunity to collaborate with the Planetree team and others who share a commitment to elevating the human experience in healthcare. Jill is grateful to serve as Chair of the Global PFPC, helping amplify the voices of patients and families in shaping healthcare around the world.

❤️ What She Values About Being on the Global PFPC
For Jill, one of the most meaningful aspects of the Global PFPC is collaborating with patient and family partners from across the globe who are committed to advancing person-centered care. While each member brings a unique lived experience, they are united by a shared purpose: ensuring that patient and family perspectives are heard, valued, and integrated into every aspect of care across the continuum. Jill finds it most rewarding to work alongside this dedicated team and to partner with Planetree in its mission to humanize healthcare globally.

Jill has climbed Uluru (formerly Ayers Rock) and along the way had an unforgettable encounter with a giant goanna, the Australian relative to the Komoda dragon!
