You will now receive district, school, classroom and activities/athletics updates in one convenient place, making it easier for staff and families to stay connected, informed and engaged from any mobile device or computer.

➡️ At the secondary level (grades 6-12), students will have access to StudentSquare on their school device or through a mobile app for after-school activities and athletics communication. Students/Families may choose to download the free ParentSquare app for iOS or Android, and/or log in at www.derbyschools.com/ParentSquare.

❓What is ParentSquare not replacing? What tools/apps do I need to keep? ParentSquare will become the district's primary communication platform, replacing most tools such as Skylert (phone/text/email), Remind, TeamReach, ClassDojo and other communication apps used for district, school, classroom, team and activity updates.

ParentSquare does not replace Skyward Family Access (student information system for grades, enrollment, etc), Canvas, other learning management systems or district email. Families and students will continue to use those systems for student information, grades, assignments and other instructional purposes.

Community Garage Sale with a Purpose: No Child Goes Hungry - Last day is Saturday; June 6: 6:30AM-4PM.

➡️ Panther Pac will be cooking burgers and hot dogs each day of the sale from 10:30AM-2PM.

➡️ Mascot Mania: Join us on Saturday, June 6, 11AM-12PM, for a fun family activity where kids can meet all the Derby Public Schools mascots and special mascots from McConnell AFB and Culver's, along with free Culver’s custard (donations appreciated). Bring the kids by during the community garage sale, grab lunch from Panther Pac and/or custard from Culver's and stick around for the smiles! 💚 📸
