Wow, time just flies by. Cassidy Now 18 yrs old. So proud of what she has accomplished. It was a tough road but she kept pushing & training hard. Cassidy started her Kung Fu journey at just 3 years old. We went from having to drag her in the ring by her feet, and watching her cry as she tries to introduce herself to the judges in forms competition. I honestly thought I was at my wits end with her. Then one day it all just clicked, and she just took off. Now a national and world champion, and now apart of a martial arts TV show, Kiddie Kai. So proud I got be your dad, and watch you persevere and triumph over the hurdles in front of you.

Always remember, a martial artist who feels the need to scream and yell on how great they are, probably needs to be on oxygen....

Being powerful is like being a lady, if you have to tell someone you are, then your probably not.
