Patient Centered Practice

Good by Southern Colorado! Lori and I have moved to Denver while waiting for a new job for us out of state. I closed my office at 3rd and Main Street in Westcliffe, and changed my practice to 100% telemedicine. It was 80% telemedicine before so not much has changed. Thank you Road and Bridge for all the DOT physicals, sorry.
As for my current patients and any new patients nothing else has changed. I will honor all previous commitments via telemedicine. And I have a new deal for future patients: 12 months of service for only $800 if paid in advance, or $75 month to month for a doctor on call.
Covid is coming back, and after an encounter with the State Medical Board, I am allowed to treat Covid any way and with whatever treatment I see fit. I treat Covid on a patient-by-patient basis.
Lori and I have loved living in Custer County for the past 10 years and have made many friends whom we will miss very much. Circumstances beyond our control have prompted us to leave Custer County and later out of the State; but this is a good thing for us. Still, we will miss all our friends.
For all new patients my phone number is 719 281-4020 and my hours of operations are Mon-Sat 7a-7p, I take Sundays off.

Mobile Medical Clinic
My staff and I will offer sports physicals, medication refills (non-controlled), COVID 19 PCR test (results in 2-3 days), and Acute Care for minor illnesses and injuries. Sports physical need the paperwork completed before hand.
Fees:
Sports Physicals: $25.00 cash, credit or check
All others $50.00 cash, credit, check, or insurance
