A vinyasa class and then an essianial oil workshop! Shelby will teach you to make your own scents, I will be there for yoga chat, and La Silla Azul is serving us a special post yoga vegan treat! Best of all you get to walk away with your own yoga flow roller to remind you to zen out when you get on the mat🤘🏽

For Vinyasa we will work on the entire body to be loosey goosey with that yoga brain for afterwards

Expect a flowing class, one movement for one breath, repetition you can incorporate into your own practice, spinal lengthening sensations, and as always
a little of that long melt into your mat goodness right at the end 🤟🏽

Accessible to all body types and abilities, if you have any prior injuries please arrive a few minutes early to share with me so I can best provide options for your injuries✌🏽

You are welcome to stay just for yoga or show up just for the workshop if doing both isn’t your jam. Yoga is at 2pm, EO Workshop is at 3:30-4:30
