🇺🇸 First days in Chengdu! Soaking up the sights, settling in, and gearing up for competition at the World Games! Proud to be here with the US Fistball Women’s National Team representing on the world stage. 💪🏐

Wrapped up a whirlwind week on the road — and what a ride.

April 9-10: Kicked things off by speaking to the on non-specific low back pain. Great group, solid engagement, and yes—I may have traumatized a few new docs with my lecture style.

April 10-12: Flew straight into the USOPC NGB Medical Conference, where I had the chance to rep both .chiro, promoting the value our certificates provide, and , educating on the sport and learning more about building our medical protocols. Always a privilege to connect with leaders across sports medicine and talk shop about certification, collaboration, and best practices.

April 13-18: Landed at for the Longevity 8 program. A great week of working with motivated clients, catching up with amazing colleagues, and—most importantly—getting my fill of quesabirria before heading home
