I've started 2 monthly newsletters!
There is a community letter for the general public that will give updates on my practice, highlight blog posts I've written, podcast episodes I've recorded on specific topics that help with emotional well-being and self understanding.

Please consider subscribing to both or either newsletter! You'll see where to sign up on my homepage. There is also an archive under the Community tab of my website to see past issues
