🎸While hard-swingin’ honky-tonk is a descriptor many country artists might shy away from in the current music landscape, the Cowboy Dave Band embraces the term with an exclamation mark. Based along the Front Range of Colorado, the five-piece group brings a wealth of experience to its high-energy live shows, drawing on classic country influences, ranging from the Bakersfield sound to straight-up Western Swing. The group’s original music – including it’s 2023 full-length release, “Venture South” – can be heard on SiriusXM's 'Outlaw Country,' among other stations across the country.

🔥In its 15-year existence, the Cowboy Dave Band has toured regionally, sharing the stage with such acts as David Allan Coe, Marty Stuart and Junior Brown, among others. The state of Texas has also become a regular stop for the group, including shows at the historic Gruene Hall, Floore’s Country Store and legendary Austin watering hole the Continental Club.

The veteran lineup includes Zach Boddicker on telecaster, Paul Carestia on pedal steel, Scott Johnson on doghouse bass, Andy Sweetser on drums and Cowboy Dave on fiddle and acoustic guitar.
