Throughout her career, she has built trusted relationships with both individual and commercial clients while leading high-performing teams focused on delivering a thoughtful, high-touch client experience.

A Colorado native from Manitou Springs, Tarah is deeply connected to the community and actively serves on several local boards, including Fostering Hope, Newborn Hope, Pikes Peak Hospice Foundation, and the Rotary Club of the Broadmoor District. She has also been recognized as a Colorado Springs Rising Star by the Business Journal, is a graduate of the Colorado Springs Leadership Institute, and a Mayor’s Civic Leader Fellow.

Connor brings more than 10 years of experience serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and entrepreneurs through comprehensive wealth management and private banking solutions. Prior to joining First Western Trust, Connor held roles at BMO, E.A. Buck Financial Services, and Wells Fargo, where he developed deep experience across relationship management, wealth planning, and integrated banking solutions.

Before his career in wealth management, Connor trained as an elite distance runner with aspirations of qualifying for the U.S. Olympic Trials—an experience that continues to shape the discipline, focus, and long-term mindset he brings to client relationships.

With more than 25 years of experience, Tiffany brings a thoughtful, planning-led approach to advising high-net-worth individuals and families. She works closely with clients to bring clarity to complex financial lives by aligning investment strategy, tax considerations, and long-term planning into one coordinated path forward. Her approach is rooted in understanding each client’s full financial picture and helping them make confident decisions as their wealth, priorities, and responsibilities evolve.

In her role at First Western Trust, Tiffany partners with clients to simplify complexity, anticipate what’s ahead, and build strategies designed to support not just where they are today, but where they are going over time.

Prior to joining First Western Trust in 2026, Tiffany served as a Director at CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), where she advised clients on complex financial strategies. She also held a Certified Financial Planner role at First National Bank of Omaha, and was previously a Financial Adviser for Rodgers & Associates, Merrill Lynch and Charles Schwab, where she served a group of high-net-worth individuals, families and businesses.
