We hope you're enjoying your summer! With temperatures soaring, we wanted to send a few friendly reminders to help everyone stay cool, comfortable, and safe during this hot weather.
🌊 Stay Hydrated – Keep a water bottle nearby and drink plenty of water throughout the day, even if you don't feel thirsty.
❄️ Keep Your Home Cool – Close blinds and curtains during the hottest parts of the day to help keep the sun's heat out. Running ceiling fans can also help improve air circulation.
🐾 Don't Forget Your Furry Friends – Make sure pets have plenty of fresh water and avoid walks on hot pavement, which can be uncomfortable for their paws.
🏊 Take Advantage of Cool Spaces – Whether it's relaxing indoors, visiting the pool, or finding some shade outside, be sure to give yourself a break from the heat.
🌞 Check on Neighbors – A quick hello can go a long way! Let's continue to look out for one another during these extra warm days.
And remember—the only thing that should be sizzling this summer is the barbecue, not you! 😄
