Start a Family Gratitude Jar! Every evening, have each person write down one thing they are grateful for that day and put it in the jar. Open and read them all at the end of the month!

💧 Please Send a Water Bottle with Your Student 💧

As part of our commitment to student health and well-being, we kindly remind you to send your child to school each day with a refillable water bottle.

Staying hydrated helps students stay focused and feel their best. Proper hydration can:
▪️ Reduce headaches
▪️ Eases sore throats, especially during allergy or cold seasons
▪️ Prevent constipation
▪️ Support healthy digestion and nutrient absorption
▪️ Improve overall energy and concentration

‼️Please note: We ask that students do not bring squirt-style water bottles, as they can cause spills and distractions in the classroom. A bottle with a secure, closeable lid is preferred.
