At Heirloom Catering, we believe food should tell a story — one rooted in local ingredients, seasonal cooking, sustainability, and genuine hospitality. We are looking for a skilled, hardworking Prep Chef to join our growing kitchen team.

This is the perfect position for someone who loves cooking from scratch, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values teamwork, creativity, and quality ingredients.

What You’ll Do

•Prepare fresh ingredients, sauces, dressings, proteins, and seasonal menu items
•Assist with event prep and production
•Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
•Follow food safety and sanitation standards
•Support chefs during large-scale catering production
•Help with packing and organizing off-site events

What We’re Looking For

•Kitchen or prep experience preferred
•Ability to work efficiently and stay organized
•Positive attitude and strong work ethic
•Passion for food, hospitality, and local ingredients
•Ability to lift 40+ pounds and stand for long periods
•Weekend availability is a must
