Congratulations to Dale Becker, Certified Residential Specialist's clients on the successful closing of their new home in Aurora. This 4 bed, 2 bath updated starter home sold in January of 2022 with multiple offers to a cash buyer $40,000 over list price. Twenty-two months later, indicative of the current market, Dale's clients purchased this home $45,000 below what the previous owner paid. There are opportunities for buyers in this environment, but it will likely get more difficult in January as rates have dropped and more buyers come back into the market. There's still a small window of time before we see our traditional January surge of buyers... but for these clients, their timing was perfect.
