Cocktail of the Week: Tropical Water Lily 🌸🌺 A tropical twist on the classic Aviation, this cocktail combines gin, creme de violette, coconut cream & lemon juice to create a balanced and refreshing cocktail 🍹

TO MAKE:
1.5 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
3/4 oz Rothman & Winters Creme de Violette
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz coconut creme

Combine all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice & shake until chilled. Strain into martini glass & garnish with an expressed lemon peel. Enjoy!
