A morning filled with hope, gratitude and a whole lot of heart.
Members of the Colorado Blood Cancer Institute team were honored to take part in the Transplant Games of America 5K Run/Walk in Denver, an event that brings together transplant recipients, donor families, caregivers, healthcare professionals and supporters to celebrate the lifesaving impact of donation and transplant.
For CBCI, this event is especially meaningful. Every day, our team walks alongside patients through blood cancer treatment, bone marrow and stem cell transplant, recovery and survivorship. At the 5K, we had the privilege of walking and running alongside that same incredible community ā including one of our own patients.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a powerful celebration of resilience, connection and renewed life.
