I began my Chipotle journey as a Field Leader in NYC back in 2019. As a mother, raising two rising stars I wanted to be part of a culture that focuses on Cultivating A Better World. My purpose in life is to be able to reciprocate the opportunities that I’ve had in my career and supply more growth opportunities to others. I’m currently pursuing my MBA in Organization Leadership through Chipotle’s tuition assistance program. It feels great to pursue my purpose every single day and be a great role model to my boys!
