Daily Reflection: The Lantern in the Dark

In a quiet town, a man walked through a dark forest, carrying a small lantern to light his way. As he moved, he noticed that the light didn’t shine far, but it illuminated just enough for him to take the next step.

He asked, “Why does this light only show so little of the path?”
The lantern replied, “Because you don’t need to see the entire journey. You only need to see what’s in front of you, and each step you take will reveal the next.”

In our lives, we often wish for clarity about the whole journey. But sometimes, it’s enough to trust the next step. Take it, and the path will unfold as you move forward.
