This gorgeous home is now under contract! After a very busy few days of dozens of showings and two hoppin' Open Houses, this Park Hill beauty received four, over asking price offers. Of course, we still need to get to the finish line, but we are thrilled with the results for our clients.
This was definitely a study in what happens when your seller does everything right to prep their home for sale. They had fixes fixed, paint touched up, professional cleaning and they even moved out so it could be professionally staged to showcase the home's highest potential.
