My good friend Sean DePew closed on his first home yesterday. Sean and I have been discussing his goal for home ownership going back probably 3 years when he first sat in my office and we discussed numbers and established a gameplan. Fast forward, going through a few contracts that didn’t go through due to inspection issues and difficult sellers, he didn’t give up on the goal. And here we are - today, Sean is a homeowner! So proud of this guy right here!
