We’re excited to welcome Tom Lolley to AE Design as the newest member of our Business Development team! Tom brings over 40 years of experience as a mechanical and electrical engineer, with extensive experience in various sectors of the vertical construction industry. He’s contributed to the successful delivery of commercial, healthcare, education, government, and mixed-use developments, always with a focus on high-performance and well-coordinated solutions.

For the past decade, Tom has combined his technical expertise with strategic relationship-building to help firms grow through thoughtful client engagement and market insight. At AE Design, he’ll be focused on bringing in new business and helping round out our BD team, strengthening our ability to connect and collaborate with current and new clients.

We’re also thrilled to celebrate , recognized as Educator of the Year! Years ago, Erik invited us into his Design/Build class, where students not only design but also bring their ideas to life. It’s been an incredible experience contributing to this program, sharing our lighting and electrical expertise on projects like the CU Denver Bike Pavilions and the Antarctica Initiative.
