For Mental Health Awareness Month, our team stepped away from our screens and into a pottery class together. Creative, hands-on activities like pottery can act as a somatic practice, helping us reconnect with our bodies, regulate stress, and be present in the moment. As a fully remote team, making space for connection and community care is an important part of how we support one another. 💜
