Celebrating a major milestone this week with the opening of the Heart & Vascular Institute at AdventHealth Littleton. We are grateful and honored to have been a part of the design team on this important project!

Oxbow is proud to be a part of the design team for an exciting new project in the Golden Triangle neighborhood. The nordic-inspired Kaia Residences will be a new apartment building focused on health & wellness and is comprised of 295 units, street level retail, and amenities including an infinity pool and a terrace on level 17 with expansive views of the mountains.

After a long and dark winter, time for Colorado spring! And a little beauty. And some optimism.
